  • You can find all of your SHOP YOUR WAY REWARDS information such as your past transactions, points earned, redeemed, expired etc. by clicking

  • If you are unable to view your membership information, you will need to activate your account-  Click on your name located in the upper right-hand corner of the page,then click on Join or Activate. In the pop-up  window, you will need to enter your Member Number.

Retrieving Missing Points

  • Points are updated on a weekly basis and usually take 7 – 10 days to appear online or at the register.

  • If it's been more than 10 days and you still haven't received your points, you may contact us at info@gurubai.com

Can I order in bulk?

At this time, we are not able to place bulk orders for our customers.

When I am not able finish payment?
